Consumer dispute resolution (ADR)
If you have not been able to resolve your dispute after sending us a written complaint (by post or email), dated, setting out the circumstances giving rise to the dispute and clearly stating your claim, you may refer the matter to the consumer mediator designated below, provided that you have received a written negative response from us, or if you have not received any response within two months following the sending of your complaint.
